Deadline for Payment of Dues

  • Final Date: January 4, 2025, is the absolute deadline for the payment of outstanding dues along with surcharge for the first and second ballot plots.
  • Consequences: Failure to make the payment by the due date will result in:
    • Increased Rates: New rates applicable for the third and fourth ballot plots.
    • Cancellation of Allotment: Plots may be canceled for non-payment.

How to Pay Your Dues

  • Challan Form: Download the challan form from the official website lda.gop.pk.
  • Payment: Deposit the dues at Allied Bank branches.

Extended Office Hours for Your Convenience

To facilitate plot owners, the LDA City office will remain open on Saturday, January 4, 2025, to assist with the recovery of development charges for first and second balloting plots.
